The My Calls feature is available to any USO user who has a registered VoIP phone.
If your phone is linked to your USO account, you will be able to view your call history, including all relevant details for each call.
If calls from your phone are being recorded, you will see a speaker icon in the first column. To listen to recordings of your own calls, click on the icon.
Make sure you have both the left and right headphones on so that you can hear both ends of the conversation.
