The Account tab is visible only to people who have permissions to access any (or all) of the functionality it contains.
If you do not see the Account tab, this indicates that your USO account does not have the correct permissions.
This page is visible in full to any user whose USO account is configured with the VoIP Accounts Administrator permissions. Some aspects of this page (excluding prices) are visible to users with other permissions types. The interface provided allows you to view all calls and filter the report to highlight specific call types or numbers dialed if necessary.
Most phone models sold by Wavenet have the ability to record calls. If such phones are purchased by the school and recording is enabled, a person with the correct permissions will be able to listen to those recordings via the VoIP website.
Call recordings When there are phones in your school capable of being recorded AND calls have been recorded AND you have the ability to listen to those calls, you will see a speaker icon next to some calls. This functionality will be available only to Head Teachers. Click on the speaker icon to listen to the call via your computer. (If using headphones, ensure that you have both the left and right in place so you can hear both ends of a conversation.)
Using the search filters The interface provided can be used to filter reports based on specific criteria. To select the to and from dates, click in the date box for the calendar to pop open. Select the required dates. Alternatively, the Today button will give a call report for the current day, Yesterday will produce a report for just the previous day. You can also use the dropdown menu to select any month from the last 12 to view the call charges for that month. Alternatively, you can view call charges for any date range of your choice by entering the start and end date and clicking Refresh.
It is also possible to find only calls made during a specific time of day on a specific date. Use the dropdown menu to select the time.
Make sure you click Refresh when you have changed your time/date criteria so the search can be re-run. Below the heading of each column there is a search box which allows to further filter each report. Place your mouse in a search box and simply start typing (or make a selection from a dropdown menu if there is one) and your report will immediately begin to change as you type. The search boxes at the top of each column work in conjunction with the search options selected above so that search results will be filtered within the pre-selected date and time frames. |
A fully itemised fax invoice is also available to view to users with VoIP Accounts Administrator permissions. The interface offers the ability to filter the search by dates and times of day and works in the same way as the calls breakdown, as detailed in the section above. |
In order to have access to the Invoice History section, a user's USO account needs to be configured with the VoIP Accounts Administrator permissions. A Headteacher can grant this permission to the required individual(s) via the User Management page under Headteacher Settings in the VoIP administration website. The page contains a history of all invoices issued to-date. Each invoice is shown over 2 lines: The first line shows the total call charges for the previous three months. The second line shows the total service charges for the next three months as these are charged in advance. To view details of either calls or service charges, click the Show Details button of the appropriate item. To view a copy of the invoice, click the Invoice button on either line. |
This section contains reports you are able to run to find out which known parental contacts are being telephoned by the school. Please note that it is only possible to identify parents whose numbers are in the MIS and they are set as parental contacts for the child. Simply choose a date range to produce a list of all parents that have been called during that time. |
