The Settings section is available only to users with the VoIP System Administrator permissions. This permission can be granted by the Head Teacher via the User Management page available to Head Teachers within the VoIP site.
All configuration of phone features is done via the VoIP website and not via the handsets themselves.
The Phone Administration section is designed to allow the system administrator and individual users configure they phones to which they have access.
The Schoolwide Settings page is designed for the system administrator to configure Line groups and their behaviour.
While Line groups can be created and managed by school administrators, the Hunt groups to which they belong must be configured by Wavenet due to the complexity of available features.
