To enter the voip site go to https://voip.lgfl.org.uk and log in with your USO username and password.
Once you have logged in, you will see the Home page which will present you with a view tailored to your USO account status and your permissions within the site.
Emergency call notification
The VOIP system is configured by default to notify Nominated Contacts and Headteacher if a school phone is used to call 999.
These staff members will receive an email telling them which extension has made the call.
This option is enabled for all Nominated Contacts and Heads by default. However, anyone who does not want to receive these emails can opt out by ticking the Opt out box on the Home page of the VoIP management website.
