Basic directories

The website offers users a set of directories to make it easy to find contact numbers. Different types of contacts can all be found in one place.

The site offers all staff members an internal directory of all the extensions in the school. These internal extension numbers can also be named so that they are easily identifiable when searching for a particular user's extension, e.g. Head, Bursar, etc. Everyone also has access to a school-specific directory that contains useful numbers for the school such as a plumber or electrician who is contracted to carry out repairs.

Additionally, every member of staff can create their own personal phone directory of any numbers they wish to save and this will be visible only to them.
