The VoIP website allows technical administrators to exercise a large degree of control over configuring the school's phone system.

Such an administrator can configure global settings for all phones (such as global speed dials) or configure settings on individual phones.

An administrator may also set restrictions on specific phones, such as blocking them from making any external calls at all, or just block international calls, mobile calls or premium rate calls.

Hunt groups can also be configured by your school's administrator, who can decide which phones make up which groups and then specify the ringing and pickup behaviour of each group.
